So much has been going on

Well Hello, it has been a long time since I have been able to sit and make an update. I wonder if anyone is still reading blogs????? I hope so as I have lots to share.

Well lets see, November I did a post but after that I made a bag for my sisters birthday. The picture does not do the colors justice.

December was full of sewing I made 4 Lap Quilts and 5 table runners for gifts.

I also crocheted a blanket and made several lit globes, unfortunately I only got pictures of 2 of them.

January found me driving to Virginia for the birth of our first grand-baby. Got there in time and was able to get in lots of baby time. He is so amazing 8lbs 12ozs of adorable. It was hard to leave but had to get back to home and work. Left January 4 and returned February 4.

Since we have been back I have been busy catching up with all the work and household stuff that I did not do will I was being Granny. So my cross stitching has been limited. I have done just a bit on Death by Cross Stitch.
Before I left I had completed another square on the baby afghan and started on another.

For all that has happened this is a relatively short post. I hope to have another post this month after my stitching retreat. March 14 to 17 I will be stitching and enjoying life with other stitching ladies.
